Monday!

Hi everyone in BlogLand! Hopefully your weekend was restful and enjoyable!
I had a nice weekend despite the killer kink in my neck that started on Monday and didn't let up till Saturday afternoon! I finally tried Collin's microwaveable neck bean bag on it, and that thing sure did the trick! (I had no idea they worked so well for sore muscles!)

Needing another massage, or something!

Anyone know anything about neck kinks??? I'm still in pain in my neck... even after a 45 minute massage on Wednesday. I feel a bit jipped! I don't know what my neck needs right now to feel better. Rest? I'm getting lots of that. Ice? I will try that today. Maybe Heat!?!? Do you think applying some heat to my neck muscles it will help them hear faster?

Here's hoping I have a better weekend then week that I've been having!

Massive Kink!

The headache I had yesterday turned into a MASSIVE kink in my neck last night. I could barely hold my head up to watch 'Smallville' with Collin last night. I went to bed at 10:30 and I could barely move my head. I woke up this morning and now my whole body hurts. (Collin calls it an "Exercise Hangover"! lol I like that term.)
My neck is still stiff... I wonder what the heck I did to it?
