2 pounds buh-bye!
I just started to manage my fuel intake (meaning started my diet! lol) on Tuesday and already I've lost 2 pounds! :)
I stopped eating the crap that I was getting into at night (chips and dip, candy, pizza! Gawd!) and I've put the pop drinking on hold. Seems that my body is responding nicely.
I've got another video to shoot this sunday... wonder if I'll still think I look fat in my Cardio Kick clothes! lol
