Neat! But what does BMR stand for?
Looks like I need to eat about 1779 calories a day to lose a pound a week!

BMR = basal metabolic rate... how many calories your body requires to MAINTAIN your current weight given your age and height.

We are at about the same BMR Rosie!!! I eat about 1800 calories/day right now!
