First Weight Loss Goal REACHED!
I DID IT!!! I reached my first weight loss goal (140lbs) ...And I did it in a mere 65 days (or 9 weeks)! I was dedicated, commited and disciplined... but it was (and IS) all worth it!!!
I weighed in yesterday at 139.1 lbs! WOO HOO! Good bye 150's & 140's, HELLO 130's!
(I haven't seen these numbers show up on the scale since 2003-2004!)
PS: when I started out 65 days ago, I weighed 155 lbs! I've currently lost 15.9 pounds!
Now, to set NEW, realistic goals. I'm thinking of setting every 5 pounds to be another goal... So at 135, 130 and 125... I haven't seen THAT number (125) since I WAS 25! 6 years ago!!! I'm not even sure if I am physically able to get down to that weight again, but since this time around I am doing it the healthy way I am definitely going to try!
Last night I was looking in the mirror and I even saw my 6 pack abs returning! (Not that I ever really had 6 pack abs!) but I can see them emerging! All that kick boxing is paying off dividends! WOO HOO!!!
TKO class today... I'm PUMPED!
FREE DAY tomorrow... I have totally earned this one :)

I was so excited I forgot to mention it... I lost 15.9 pounds in 9 weeks!

That's great news. Congrats!! Keep it up. I'll start the plan soon but my mind isn't there yet. Or my organization skills.

Baby steps are a good way to start this... it really should be thought of as a lifestyle change, so it should be pretty tough to figure out all at once! I mean, I didn't do it ALL in one shot either, but along the way, I was still making progress... and I know YOU can TOO!
