Still loosing... but A LOT SLOWER!
The "rapid weight loss" phase of my diet is over, I think... Overall, I'm still loosing weight on my current nutrition plan but it's to the tune of 1 pound per week. (not 3 pounds like I WAS seeing during the first month!)
I expected this to happen though, and at least I haven't hit a PLATEAU yet! And this is also a really good wake-up call for me... NOw I understand why the daily weigh-ins are so silly! If you are loosing weight like a NORMAL person, seeing a ONE pound change over the week is normal... weighing-in more then that frequency just sets you up for the emotional rollercoaster of gaining and loosing due to so many factors (drinking more water then usual, workout factors, stress, what you ate the night before, etc...) NO MORE OF THAT!
I've also moved into the "vetran" stage of this phase of my diet (according to my colleague!), where I know exactly what to eat and when and am so much more relaxed about it! (However, this past weekend stressed me out, diet wise, because we spent it driving around Alberta and I found it tough to eat at my set times... I couldn't really plan my meals when I don't have my own kitchen at my disposal!) But I made it through, and I feel great!

yeah my diet got thrown out the door, but at least byron tried to keep it relatively healthy at my request minus the hazelnut chocolate spring rolls he made for all of us. That dish is just so divine.

Planning around eating can be so stressful sometimes! I tend to get hungry (to the point of being starving) almost every 3 hours if I eat properly. It's like one minute I feel fine and then the next I feel weak!

back on track now that I'm at home! So much easier to eat when I can plan and prepare things!

Man, ever since our move it's been whatever I can make that's easy. With a salad thrown in there ever other day. It sucks too, not being able to go to the gym on a regular basis. I think it's awesome that you're being good and trying to stick to your routine even when you're traveling. Yay for you!
Also, Craft: has some great articles lately on resin.

Awe... BOO! No gym? Why can;t you go on a regular basis!
It has taken me 7 weeks to become this disciplined... but I honestly think "Now that I know what I know.... is there really any GOING BACK to the way I used to eat???"
Going back now would just be STUPID!
