I have been meaning to blog about my Breathe (yoga) certification on the weekend... but I've been really busy lately (...I haven't even had any free time to shop! Yeah... it's that bad!)

I love life; Always have! See the glass as half full, and the other half will always eventually appear!!! I've been described as "positive, energetic, enthusiastic, busy, vivacious" by my friends... I believe it's all true :) Hope you enjoy reading my Blog!

when I told Jenny about my cert. she said "Suz is going to make you move here now!" LOL
My class is called "Breathe" and it's a combination of Yoga, Tai Chi, core stability/strength and meditation... it's all rolled up to some very wicked music also! I can't wait to teach it! :)
