Get Bent!
I'm going to attend my very own Bikram Yoga class today. (I got a free pass the last time I went. I really enjoyed it, so I figured why not!)
Last night I went for a run with my girl B. She and I ran our usual trail from Edworthy park to Crowchild trail, under the bridge and back. (~8km) My left knee started to bother me half way through. It sucked! It's still hurting me this morning actually. Hopefully it goes away by tonight.
PS. I burned my arm on my new straightening iron this morning! OUCCCCHHHH!

I think I'd like that yoga too, compared to lunges and crunches
. but the running must be nice with a good knee...remember, I have a knee that is acting up all the time and it makes a person feel... Ah tad slow..lol
take good care of that knee even if you have to go to the Dr.
