R.I.P DVD
My DVD player decided to croak Tuesday night... Unfortunately it had one of my 'Namaste' yoga DVD's in it and it would not give it up! That made me a little upset. Lucky for me, Collin is a bit of a whiz when it comes to electronics (he learned a lot from his Dad) so he managed to gut my DVD player and successfully remove my beloved DVD unharmed!
But now, the DVD player is useless. Crap!
I have to relplace it ASAP because Im supposed to be learning my new fitness choreography... and I can't do that very well unless I can see it!
Collin wants to get a big fancy entertainment system... I'm not really sure yet. I don't even have cable tv, but a nice stereo system would be nice! Maybe I'd watch more TV if I had a flat screen... what do you think? (I guess watching MORE tv isn't a good thing to strive for, is it? LOL)

I feel your pain! I never ended up retrieving my VHS tape from my VCR months ago and it all just went into the garbage :(
I'm all for the boy toys...big TV...entertainment system. I think you'd enjoy your DVDs more that way, too!!

Rosie is right, the big TV is a boy thing. Ken wants a new flat screen too but I've held him off for one more year. I definitely reccomend getting a DVD recorder. They are so cheap now! But if your TV ain't broke, don't fix it yet. Unless Collin is buying... then go for it!!
