That is why I love massage so much. It's terribly painful, but it I put all thoughts out of my mind and concentrate I can get through it. It's the trance I put myself in that gets me so relaxed. I miss that a lot.

i need to start meditating.. i tried before when I still lived at home. couldn't concentrate.
