HOT, sweaty yoga

I have a friend that wants me to try Bickram yoga tonight. I was a little bit apprehensive because I didn't think I'd enjoy it at all (I hate saunas or really hot humid places) but after reading that article on it, I think it's worth a try.

I'm pretty flexible as it is, but I think what they say about the heated room allowing your muscles to release and move into positions you didn't think were possible might have some merit. It will be fun to try anyways (even if it is $14.00 for a drop in fee!)

My weight loss goals have almost gone out the window. I've had a few friends come visit me this weekend, and you know what that means... shopping and going out for dinner. It's been nice and relaxing, but I've eaten way too much as well as spent way too much money this weekend. Booo.

Come on, if you can't lose a few measely pounds who the hell can???? You are supposed to be our fitness inspiration. Don't let a bad weekend screw it up. Every weekend is a bad one for me (hence I haven't lost any more weight).

That Yoga sounds like something that would make me hurl.

I have lost a few pounds... but I wanted to loose 5 by the end of the month. Right now I'm siting at 2lbs.

Maybe I'll sweat out another pound of water tonight! LOL
