Allergic to something!

... I think it's the sun!
Since I got out here (Nanaimo) my body has broken out in these little itchy bumps (hives) that kinda look like little blisters. And after we spent any time out in the sun, it just made it worse! And it seems that only the places that were allowed to be exposed by the sun (ie. 85% of my body!) are affected by this rash! (Worst affected is my chest and arms!)

I am sooo itchy that I woke up early this morning. I couldn't find a comfortable position without becoming insanely itchy in a minute or so. I also felt ill for some odd reason, and I managed to throw up this AM (Very reminiscent of my last trip out here, except this time it wasn't alcohol induced!)

What is wrong with me? Why am I allergic to the sun??? (If that is even infact what is wrong with me. I have been taking extra strength Reactine but it does not seem to take the edge off this itching for one second! Aghhhhhhh!)

Interesting...I too have been reacting to the sun for the past year (but I thought it was age). I think the UV rays are somewhat different than they used to be. Cover the spots up when you're in the sun and put aloe vera on them. I also found that I MUST wear some type of sun tan lotion now. Hope all is well soon!

Actually, Jenny and my itching is caused by totally different reasons. Jenny is allergic to yeast and I think I'm allergic to the sun. :(

What a terrible thing to be allergic to at this time of year :(

Take a cool bath with some Aveeno products... great for itching too.

Hope you are feeling some relief soon... Mine will also subside when the heat diminishes and I stop SWEATING!!

You are probably the only person that can relate to my plight, even though caused my different things- equally as itchy. INSANELY ITCHY actually!!

Oh ya, and I blame Dad and his genes for these afflictions LOL! Wether he's guilty or not... I still blame him :0)
Love ya Dad!
